Terms of Service

By accessing or using CrackChart ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or an in-platform notice.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction to use CrackChart.

CrackChart is a premium trading community platform providing real-time trading signal sharing, AI-powered chart analysis, educational content (Trading Academy), community chat, a wallet and CC Coin economy, broker and prop firm directories, and related tools for serious traders.

We are an information and community platform only. We do not execute trades on your behalf and are not a broker, investment advisor, or financial institution.

Trading signals provided on our platform are for informational purposes only and do not constitute personalised financial advice. Always conduct your own research before making any trading decision.

You must register for an account to access most features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@crackchart.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

One person may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans, limits, or to abuse promotional offers is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of all associated accounts.

Accounts may be subject to KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. You agree to provide genuine identification documents when requested. Submitting false or altered documents is a serious violation and may be reported to relevant authorities.

You agree NOT to: (a) post false, misleading, or manipulative trading signals; (b) harass, threaten, or abuse other users; (c) spam, phish, or distribute malware; (d) reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract platform data without authorisation; (e) use automated bots or scripts to interact with the platform; (f) violate any applicable laws or regulations.

You must not post content that is defamatory, obscene, hateful, or discriminatory. We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate any account that violates these rules without prior notice.

Signal providers must disclose conflicts of interest and must not publish signals designed to manipulate markets. Providing demonstrably false performance statistics is a violation of these Terms.

IMPORTANT RISK WARNING: Trading financial instruments (Forex, CFDs, Crypto, Stocks, Commodities) involves substantial risk of loss. You may lose more than your initial investment. Past performance of any signal provider or strategy is NOT indicative of future results.

Signals shared on CrackChart are the personal opinions of individual providers. CrackChart does not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or profitability of any signal.

You are solely responsible for any trading decisions you make. CrackChart, its employees, directors, and signal providers shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of acting on signals or information found on this Platform.

Leverage trading carries particularly high risk. Only trade with money you can afford to lose. Consider seeking independent financial advice before trading.

CrackChart operates an in-platform wallet supporting USD balances and CC Coins (our loyalty currency). CC Coins have no cash value outside the Platform and cannot be exchanged for real currency except through our official Swap mechanism at the stated rate (100 CC ≈ $5 USD, subject to change).

All deposits and withdrawals are processed in accordance with our payment provider's terms. We reserve the right to request identity verification before processing withdrawals.

Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without first contacting our support team may result in immediate account suspension.

Affiliate commission earnings are subject to our Refer & Earn programme rules and may be withheld if earned through fraudulent referrals.

All platform content, branding, software, UI designs, and AI analysis tools are the property of CrackChart or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

User-generated content (signals, posts, comments) remains your property. By posting content on CrackChart, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and promote that content within the Platform.

You must not copy, reproduce, or distribute CrackChart's proprietary content without express written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CrackChart and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total fees paid by you to CrackChart in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

You may close your account at any time via Settings → Account → Delete Account. Active subscriptions will not be automatically refunded upon voluntary deletion.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, regulatory requirements, or any other reason at our sole discretion.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which CrackChart operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising under these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
