Cookie Policy

We believe in transparency. Here's exactly what cookies we use, why we use them, and how you can control them.

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device (computer, smartphone, or tablet) when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work more efficiently, provide core functionality such as authentication, and deliver a better, more personalised experience.

Cookies cannot run programs or deliver viruses. They are uniquely assigned to your device and can only be read by the web server that issued them.

In addition to traditional cookies, we may also use similar technologies such as local storage, session storage, and pixel tags (web beacons), which function in similar ways. This policy covers all such technologies collectively.

2. How CrackChart Uses Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to: (a) authenticate you and keep you logged in securely; (b) remember your preferences and personalise your experience; (c) protect against CSRF and other security threats; (d) understand how the Platform is being used so we can improve it; and (e) measure the performance of our infrastructure.

We do NOT use cookies for targeted advertising, behavioural profiling for ad networks, or any form of cross-site tracking. We do not sell cookie data or share it with advertising networks.

4. Third-Party Cookies

Some features of CrackChart rely on third-party services that may set their own cookies. These include:

Vercel Analytics: Used for anonymised, privacy-first analytics about platform performance. Vercel does not sell data or use it for advertising purposes. See vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.

Payment Processors: If you interact with wallet top-up or withdrawal flows, our payment processors (e.g., Stripe) may set session cookies to process your transaction securely. These are governed by the processor's own privacy and cookie policies.

We do not load third-party advertising scripts, social media tracking pixels, or any cookies from ad networks.

5. Your Cookie Choices

Essential cookies cannot be disabled as they are required for the Platform to function. For all other cookie categories, you have the following options:

Browser Settings: Most web browsers allow you to refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Refer to your browser's help documentation for instructions. Note that disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of the Platform.

Opt-Out Tools: You can opt out of analytics tracking via Vercel's privacy controls at vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.

Do Not Track: We respect the Do Not Track (DNT) signal where technically feasible. When DNT is enabled, we will not load non-essential tracking scripts.

6. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date below and notify registered users via the Platform or by email.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Cookie Policy.
